The Semi’s and Final of the Kent Champion of Champions took
place on Sunday 17 December. The draw saw me face Karen Riches of
Kent in a race to 10. I got of to a slow start but Karen let me of
the hook a couple of times in the earlier frames and I managed to
capitalise on them and take a lead. The final score was 10-4.
In the other semi Kent Skipper Julie Fane came through 10-4 victorious
and set up a final clash with me. Jools didn’t play her best,
but I was happy with some of the clearances I took out. In the end
I won with another 10-4 result.
