The Europeans to place in Malta on 16th
Feb to the 21st. I didn't have the best of tournaments individually
losing a tight match to Clare Seaman 5-4 in the last 32 but the Northern
Ireland team reached the Semi Final of the team event.

These results seen us finish 2nd in the group and set us up to play
England in the Semi Final

We battled back from 5-2 down to take the match into a deciding frame
but were unlucky to lose it and lose the semi 8-7. England went on
to beat Wales in the Final 8-4.
Congratulations to Michelle Rooney for winning 17/18 throughout the
tournament. I managed to win 16/18.
Also well done to Sharon Dickson winning her first European Singles
title.
